Jerryl was a part of IMPACT's very first class. After graduating highschool he went on to earn his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Professionally, Jerryl is a certified HR professional bringing more than ten years of human resources experience. He is responsible for human resources initiatives, including onboarding, communication, training and assisting with career mapping and pathing . He enjoys helping to develop employees’ careers and helping each employee bring their best selves to the workplace. He uses his unique background in psychology to bring innovative HR practices to the workplace that help push People, Culture, & Talent to the next level. Jerryl led HR initiatives at several Bay Area and Chicago-based companies.
